Terms of Service

Welcome to Bloopo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Bloopo when you use bloopo.ai, our hosted service at mcp.bloopo.ai, and the Bloopo connector inside Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI clients (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Bloopo is

Bloopo is an AI creative studio you reach as an MCP connector. Once you connect it to your AI client, you can ask that client to generate and edit images, video, voice, and music. Bloopo runs those requests on Google's AI models (Imagen, Gemini, Veo, Cloud Text-to-Speech and related services), holds the credentials for those models on your behalf, and meters what you use. Bloopo is operated from Lithuania.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the Service. Please give accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep one account per person. Don't create accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or chargebacks.
• You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your password safe, and tell us at blooper@bloopo.ai if you think it's been compromised.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

3. Credits and payment

The Service runs on prepaid credits. One credit equals US$0.01 (one cent). Everything you do is priced in credits, and generating with the underlying models draws them down.

• You buy credits through Stripe, our payment processor. Bloopo never sees or stores your full card number.
• Credits are prepaid digital goods. They are non-refundable except where refunds are required by law (for example, certain EU consumer rights). If you're an EU consumer, note that generation begins as soon as you spend credits — by using them you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge you may lose the statutory withdrawal right for that digital content once it's delivered.
• Credits never expire as long as your account is in good standing.
• We may adjust, freeze, or revoke credits obtained through fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or other violations of these Terms. If you dispute a legitimate charge as a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account and reverse the associated credits.
• Prices and the credit cost of individual operations may change over time. Changes apply to future purchases and usage, not to credits you already hold.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Deceptive or fraudulent content — including impersonation, disinformation, or misleading "deepfakes" of real people.
• Content that unlawfully uses another party's trademark, name, or likeness, or that violates the underlying model providers' usage policies (including Google's).
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children — this is never permitted and will be reported where required.
• Harassment, hate, or content that promotes violence against people or groups.
• Attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying AI models, our prompts, our Google credentials, or the keys and infrastructure that power the Service; or to probe, scrape, or overload the Service beyond normal use.

You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you use it. If you're unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first.

5. Your content and intellectual property

• The prompts you write and the outputs you generate are yours. Bloopo claims no ownership of your creations.
• Your rights in the outputs are subject to the terms and policies of the model providers that produced them (for example, Google's generative-AI terms). Whether AI-generated content can be owned or protected at all varies by country — that's for you to evaluate for your use.
• You grant Bloopo the limited permission to store, process, and transmit your prompts and outputs only as needed to operate the Service (for example, to run a job, show your gallery, and let you download your files).
• You are responsible for how you use your outputs, including any commercial use and any required disclosures that AI was involved.

6. Third-party models and availability

Outputs are generated using Google's AI models and other third-party services, and your use of the Service is also subject to their applicable policies. Those models change, and availability, quality, features, and pricing are outside our control. We may add, change, or remove models and features, and generation can fail or be delayed. We don't guarantee any particular model, output, or result.

7. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service or any output will be accurate, reliable, or error-free. AI outputs can be wrong, biased, or unexpected — review them before you rely on or publish them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloopo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Bloopo in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect the Service and its users. If we terminate your account without cause and you hold unused credits, we'll make a reasonable effort to refund or otherwise account for those credits where the law requires it. On termination, we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer- protection law lets you bring a claim in your own country of residence.
